List the checked out components in SharePoint site using Power Shell

Prerequisite: Windows PowerShell Integrated Scripting Environment (ISE) (Windows Server Feature) must be installed on the server.

ISE installation instruction:

1. Click the Server Manager button on the Quick Launch toolbar. Alternatively, click Start, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Server Manager. 
2. In Server Manager, select the Features node, and then click Add Features. 
3. In the Windows Features dialog box, scroll down, and then select Windows PowerShell Integrated Scripting Environment (ISE). 
4. Click Next, and then click Install.
